Barber beat Montana De La Rosa by an unanimous decision during UFC Fight Night 205 held on the 23rd of April, 2022. On July 2, 2022 Barber was replaced by Casey O'Neill in the UFC 276 event and fought against Jessica Eye. The victory was a unanimous one. Barber's contract was terminated by UFC after the fight, however, Barber signed a new contract in subsequent years. Barber beat Andrea Lee in her last fight on the 25th of March 2023 at UFC Fight Night Vera-Sandhagen by an overwhelming vote.
